An initial 60 minute session that enables you to decide what aspects of your life you wish to focus on to become the best version of yourself.

50 minute sessions

In these sessions you will identify how you are going to achieve the changes you want to make ,in a practical, realistic and timely way.

I will support and encourage you to explore opportunities and make small changes that make a  big difference but I will also challenge you to approach things from different perspectives.
